{January 6, 2017}   Happy Blogiversary!

I cannot believe it! It’s been 4 years that we’ve been talking every day!

I started the blog years ago, but January 6, 2012 I decided I was going to post to my blog every day and baring a few missed nights due to technology or being waaaay too tired, that’s what I’ve done!

It’s been an amazing experience. I have friends and family, who I knew, who read my posts, I have friends that I don’t know, who read my posts.  There are people subscribed and people who catch it on Facebook or Twitter. According to the site stats I have 1031 followers! What?

There are days I have no idea what to talk about, you can probably guess that, but there are days you probably think that and I had those planned out!

I love hearing from friends who tell me that they love reading my posts every day, it’s like I’m sitting across from them and their know what I’m doing, it feels like we talk all the time. And they had my voice in their heads,  do you know how much I love hearing that! One of my friends from high school commented the other day “I love your posts, they make me happy! When I grow up I want to be just like you! ” How tickled was I?!

You make this worthwhile. I enjoy doing it, I like telling you where I’ve been, what I’m doing, going through, highs, lows, silliness, kvelling [that’s a nice Yiddish word meaning to be happy and proud]  about my friends and family,  especially the wee tots in it. This may have started out as free therapy,  it’s turned into so much more.

So, we’ve been together consistently for four years, are you ready for the next four? I am and I hope you’ll join me. Happy anniversary my friends and family, it’s been a great ride, can’t wait to see what’s coming next!
