How long does it take to come to the table to say hello, how often they come to the table to check on how things are going, recommendations that they make, how many questions do they ask and what do they ask, how long does it take to get the check.

It’s their attitude and how they interact, you can tell if it’s a good day or not. Was there too much information? Attention to details?
